We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find where orders ship from, our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and answers to the questions we are asked most often.
How fulfilment works
OrbiTopia is a trading name of ORBITOPIA FIGURES LTD (Company No. 17079949), registered in England and Wales. OrbiTopia is an independent online retailer and does not manufacture the products it sells. Orders are prepared and dispatched through third-party fulfilment partners. Depending on the product, availability and delivery destination, a parcel may be dispatched from outside the destination country. The London registered office is used for administration only - it is not a warehouse or returns address.

Please email support@orbitopia-figures.com before sending a return so we can log your case. For every non-defective change-of-mind return, whether opened or unopened, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect, OrbiTopia pays the return postage. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full conditions.
Delivery estimate at a glance

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central European Time are processed from the next business day. Handling times may be longer during holiday periods and peak seasons.
Processing & handling
During handling, fulfilment partners prepare the parcel for dispatch and provide carrier tracking where available. Product condition and packaging information are stated on the relevant product page. Contact customer support before ordering if packaging condition is important to you.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary by destination, package size and weight, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. Public holidays, customs inspections, and periods of high logistics demand may extend the estimate.
Product pages show a general delivery estimate. Final delivery options, shipping cost and timing are confirmed after you enter your complete delivery address at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility vary by destination, delivery address, order value, parcel size and weight.
After you enter the delivery address, checkout displays the exact shipping charge and any applicable free-shipping threshold in the currency available for that market. You will see the final amount before payment.
Taxes & customs
Checkout shows the taxes that the store collects for the selected market and delivery address. For cross-border orders, import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling fees may still be charged by the destination authority or carrier unless checkout explicitly identifies those charges as prepaid. Because tax treatment depends on the product, destination and order value, we do not represent that import charges are prepaid unless checkout says so. Contact customer support before ordering if you need clarification for a destination.
Parcels are declared in accordance with applicable customs requirements.
