We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find how orders are dispatched, our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and answers to the questions we are asked most often.
How fulfilment works
OrbiTopia is a trading name of ORBITOPIA FIGURES LTD (Company No. 17079949), registered in England and Wales. OrbiTopia is an independent online retailer and does not manufacture the products it sells. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centres with fully tracked delivery. All duties and import taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. The London registered office is used for administration only - it is not a warehouse or returns address.

Please email support@orbitopia-figures.com before sending a return so we can log your case. For every non-defective change-of-mind return, whether opened or unopened, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect, OrbiTopia pays the return postage. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full conditions.
Delivery estimate at a glance
- Handling time: 2-7 business days
- Transit time: 5-20 calendar days (weekends included) after dispatch

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central European Time are processed from the next business day. Handling times may be longer during holiday periods and peak seasons.
Processing & handling
During handling, your parcel is packed for dispatch and a tracking number is issued as soon as it is handed to the carrier. Product condition and packaging information are stated on the relevant product page. Contact customer support before ordering if packaging condition is important to you.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary by destination, package size and weight, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. Public holidays, customs inspections, and periods of high logistics demand may extend the estimate.
Product pages show a general delivery estimate. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm delivery availability, the shipping charge for your order and any available delivery estimates.
Shipping costs
Every order is sent with fully tracked delivery. The shipping charge depends on your order value after discounts, in the currency of the market you are shopping in:
- Free tracked shipping on orders from €55 in the euro markets, or from the local-currency threshold shown in the table below.
- Tracked shipping for €4,99, or the local-currency rate shown in the table below, on orders under the threshold.
The threshold is checked on the order subtotal after automatic multi-buy savings and any discount code have been applied. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout - no code is needed. Duties and import taxes are always included, so the shipping charge shown at checkout is the only delivery cost.

The amounts shown are per market in the currency of that market. Your delivery address determines the market, the currency and the shipping charge, and checkout shows the exact amount before payment. Free outbound shipping does not change the return-postage conditions described above.
Taxes & customs
All prices include import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees for every country we ship to. The total shown at checkout is the final amount - you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. In the unlikely event that a carrier or customs authority asks you for a payment, do not pay it: contact customer support with your order number and we will settle it or reimburse you in full.
Parcels are declared in accordance with applicable customs requirements.

The free-shipping threshold and the tracked-shipping rate for smaller orders apply to all eligible delivery addresses in the countries listed above. Checkout confirms delivery availability after you enter your complete address.
