Withdrawal and cancellation

This page explains how to exercise a withdrawal or cancellation right for an order placed on orbitopia-figures.com. OrbiTopia is a trading name of ORBITOPIA FIGURES LTD (Company No. 17079949), registered in England and Wales.

How to notify us

You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery. You may use the online form below or email support@orbitopia-figures.com. Please include your order number, name, email address and the product you wish to return. You do not need to use a particular form, but your decision to withdraw must be clear.

After notifying us, please send the eligible product back within the following 14 days. Contact us before shipping so we can record the return and provide the correct instructions.

Do not send returns to our London registered office. The London address is used for administration only and is not a warehouse or returns address.

Return postage and product condition

• Change-of-mind returns (opened or unopened): For every non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. We do not provide a prepaid label for change-of-mind returns.
• Damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect items: OrbiTopia pays the return postage and provides the appropriate remedy required by applicable law. Contact us before sending the item so we can provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable tracked postage.

There is no restocking fee. You may still exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right after opening an item. Where permitted by law, a reasonable deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Refund timing

We will notify you after the return reaches our Vienna returns address and has been checked. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of that check and always within any mandatory statutory deadline. Eligible standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required by law.
