The London address is our registered office and is used for company administration only. It is not a customer-facing shop, a fulfilment warehouse or a returns address.
Business model and fulfilment
OrbiTopia is an independent online retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. Products are sourced through manufacturers, distributors and specialist suppliers.
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centres with fully tracked delivery. All duties and import taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Tracked shipping is free on orders from €55 after discounts (the equivalent local-currency threshold applies in non-euro markets); smaller orders pay a flat tracked-shipping rate of €4,99 or the local-currency equivalent. Please allow 2-7 business days for handling and a further 5-20 calendar days (weekends included) in transit - approximately 7-30 days in total. Please email us before sending a return so we can log your case. Do not send returns to the London registered office. For every non-defective change-of-mind return, whether opened or unopened, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect, OrbiTopia pays the return postage. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of our check.
