How fulfilment works

OrbiTopia is an independent online retailer and does not manufacture the products it sells. Orders are prepared and dispatched through third-party fulfilment partners. Depending on the product, availability and delivery destination, a parcel may be dispatched from outside the destination country. Please allow 2–7 business days for handling and a further 3–8 business days in transit — approximately 5–15 business days in total.
