OrbiTopia is a trading name of ORBITOPIA FIGURES LTD (Company No. 17079949), registered in England and Wales.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. The payment methods actually available for an order are displayed at checkout before the customer confirms payment.

Available methods

Available cards, digital wallets and any local payment options depend on the customer's delivery country, selected currency, device and payment-provider eligibility. A method is available only when it appears in the checkout for that order.

Do not send payment outside the checkout or to an account provided in an unsolicited message. OrbiTopia does not ask customers to complete an order by cryptocurrency, gift card or private bank transfer outside the store checkout.

Prices and charges

The product price, discounts, shipping charge, taxes collected by the store and order total are shown before the order is placed. For cross-border deliveries, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may still be charged by the destination authority or carrier unless checkout explicitly identifies those charges as prepaid. Payment support

For a failed, duplicated or pending payment, contact support@orbitopia-figures.com and include the order number or checkout details. Never send full card details by email.
